We only work with experienced partners that offer full disclosure, open architecture, and fee transparency so that we can provide companies with substantial savings, much better fund selection and service.
Our Name and Values - Transparency
Transparent 401K was founded to address the complaints and needs of companies confused and frustrated with their retirement plan’s fees, funds, and services. The founder worked for large banks and insurance companies that charged their customers undisclosed fees wrapped in funds with conflicting interests. Passionate about offering companies and their employees a much better solution, she founded Transparent 401K.
Who we serve
We consider ourselves a boutique firm with the strength of a large established corporation. This means our clients get the personal advisory attention they deserve while getting the amenities of our partners. Advisors do not receive revenue sharing, commissions, or placement fees. We tend to work with smaller to medium size businesses across various industries.
